Might as well go full dictator now
With the debate on the horizon, and the election coming soon things were bound to get weird.
Considering one of the candidates already has a botched coup under his belt, why not take another page from the dictator’s playbook.
Donald Trump is now threatening to jail his political opponents. If that sounds familiar it’s because despots around the world do this every day.
Famously, Vladimir Putin, the puppeteer most likely to be pulling Trump’s strings, jailed his political rival Alexis Navalny. Nalvany would die in prison.
That’s because dictators don’t want rivals, they want to consolidate power. They don’t want elections, they want to rule with an iron, or in this case a small, orange colored, fist.
Just yesterday, Trump took to his digital cesspool Truth Social to boldly announce his plan to jail his political rivals.
